Amazing purchase and customer’s service The bracelets is so cute! I love it! I did have some problems with the shipping but that’s all because of the pandemic situation. Other than that, great customer’s service and experience! They were so helpful and sweet! They immediately took action when I contacted them, and said that my order was late. A non-personalised piece is prepared and shipped within 48-72 hours. A personalised piece takes an extra 3-5 business days to make. As soon as it ships, you get a tracking number by email.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with tracking. For international orders, duties and taxes are included at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Can I return or exchange my piece?
You have 30 days from delivery to send back an unworn piece in its original box. If it is returned within 14 days, you will be refunded the price you paid; from day 15 to day 30, a 20% processing fee will be deducted. Exchanges (size, colour, style) carry no processing fee. Return shipping is at your expense, and personalised pieces can't be returned unless faulty.
Can I give it as a gift straight away?
Yes: your piece arrives in its Brother & Sisters gift box, ready to give.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing defects for life. It does not cover damage caused by misuse: chemicals, chlorine, bleach, knocks or pulling. Just email us with your order number.
